José Mourinho continues to bond his name to Real Madrid and this time, after the three goals scored against Granada, the Portuguese has seen 331 goals as scored the Whites coach, making Real Madrid the team with which he has scored more goals, overtaking the 330 in his reign at Chelsea.
Since coming to Real Madrid, José Mourinho has stood out for a promoting an offensive style of play and is averaging 2.7 goals per match. This scoring record is one of the main reasons that the Portuguese has achieved national triple crown (league, cup and super cup) with Real Madrid.
The bulk of the goals scored by Mourinho’s team has been in the league, totalling 228. The Portuguese coach has passed the one hundred goal barrier in his two league seasons, and in the last season also managed to beat the record for goals scored, setting the new record at 121.
The rest are made up by 60 in the Champions League, 35 in the Copa del Rey and 8 in the Spanish Super Cup. It is noteworthy that to reach this figure José Mourinho took 122 matches, 63 less than with the Chelsea team with which was his previous record with 330 goals.
