Kaká, who himself was reportedly unhappy at Real Madrid, has come out in support of team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo who appeared unsettled during Sunday's 3-0 win over Granada.
Ronaldo revealed to the media after the match that he did not celebrate his two goals because he was upset with "people in the club".
When asked why, Ronaldo said: "I am sad and the club knows it, that's why I didn't celebrate the goals. The people in the club know why."
According to Marca.com, Ronaldo informed Real Madrid directors Florentino Pérez and José Ángel Sanchez that he did not feel "wanted" at the club, who signed him for a record £80 million from Manchester United in 2009.
Ronaldo then was due to appear in Portugal for a press conference ahead of his country's World Cup qualifier with Luxembourg, but failed to make an appearance.
Both events have led to speculation regarding the reasons for Ronaldo's unhappiness at the Bernabeu.
It is thought one of the reasons could be down to the fact that Ronaldo is yet to renew his contract at the club. The Portugal captain originally signed a six-year deal in 2009 but is understood to be looking for a three-year extension on his current contract to keep him at Real until 2018.
Meanwhile, Spanish Radio station Cadena Ser de Radio believes the main issue is a falling out within the squad between certain players and that he does not feel "valued" by the club.
Other suggestions have included Ronaldo missing out on this year's Ballon D'Or award to Barcelona's Andres Iniesta, but Ronaldo dismissed the claims stating that "it has nothing to do with it. Iniesta deserved it."
Speaking in support of his team-mate, Kaká said that Real needed Ronaldo to be happy in order to be successful.
"All I want to say to him is that he has the whole support of the team. We need Cristiano and we need him to be happy."
